This supercedes all previous prices, other than those already confirmed in writing. Prices are per week from Saturday to Saturday for direct bookings, and are subject to alteration, but are confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 30%

ELECTRICITY AND GAS
Electricity is charged at 12.25p per unit, and a £30 deposit is charged during winter months

BEDDING
Downies, clean covers and pillows are provided free of charge
Linen, consisting of bottom sheet, pillow cases, towels and dishcloths can be supplied at a cost of £8 per person per week
A cot and mattress can be provided, less bedding, for £10 per week

EXTRA PERSONS
Any person over 5 years old in excess of the maximum stated numbers is charged £40 per week

DOGS
Dogs are charged at £12 per week

DISCOUNTS
For lets of over one week,10% is deducted from the basic price of the second and subsequent weeks
For two-person occupancy at certain times a further 10% discount is available

DEPOSIT
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance due one month before arrival

A deposit of £75 is required for the Christmas and New Year weeks. Provided that everything is left in good condition and no breakages, this will be returned uncashed on departure with no extra charges
